Apocalypse and Ghosts

When the dream started I was outside grandfather's house. The sun was setting and I loudly proclaimed that I would have a lucid dream that night since I didn't know I was asleep. A neighbor heard me say that and told me she could help me lucid dream. she started off by telling me I was dreaming and that she could help me more. I followed her into her house but we soon learned her house was infested with bugs. I spent most of the time in her house just discovering more bugs. When it became apparent to me that she wasn't going to help me with lucid dreaming, I left. I was then at my dad's house with no memory that I was still dreaming. The apocalypse had happened and my dad, brother, and I were hiding. The apocalypse was very similar to the one in the Web comic Stand Still Stay Silent and one of the beasts from that comic was tracking us. I figured as long as we were quiet, we'd be fine in the house. I heard my brother start playing the keyboard very loudly and I panicked wondering if the beast heard him. My dad assured me that we had plenty of time but then we heard a loud noise from outside of the house. My dad told me to go hide with my brother in the back of the house. My brother and I went to the back and hid in a closet. I knew we'd have a chance even if we did get caught because my brother had the same bubble shield powers as Steven in Steven Universe. After a few seconds of hiding, I decided we should flee the house and run. We got out ok and eventually found a building that people had fortified and we're currently living in. My brother and I were accepted in and I had the job of passing out food during lunch and dinner. I met with two guys who worked there and we all spoke of our concerns of this place being too nice. They said they heard of another building under control that only housed infants. We were all worried about what that might mean and we decided to plan an escape. The two guys, my brother, and I rode on a food truck to another building that had less security. We planned to climb the chain link fence there and escape. Once we were a the fence, I got concerned and wondered if it was worth it. I explained that maybe this place wasn't so bad when a security guard appeared. We panicked and escaped anyway. The apocalypse was over somehow and I was at the mall. I thought about playing in the arcade but I eventually settled on riding the carousel. I went back home and saw my dad working on his laptop. I decided to watch something on my phone. The show I chose had a very strange art style, but I liked it. The show started with a male ghost singing and becoming more human. The song was amazing and it was very clear that this ghost would be the antagonist of the show. I was then in the show walking around a town with cobblestone paths. I know I was wearing a black dress. Some woman was started talking about how horrible I was but I ignored her and continued to work. I worked at a bar of sorts. I was very confused at what Era the show took place because the setting and clothing seemed to indicate that it took place in a more historical period but my boss in the bar was working on a laptop. Once I questioned it, the rest of the olden things changed to more modern things. My boss and her assistant were having trouble making an online poster. I offered to help them when the police suddenly showed up. My boss said there was no alcohol there but the police still searched the place regardless. I ran back to my apartment, worried that the police were looking for me. Before I could get all the way there, I met a guy who's voice I recognized as the ghost from the beginning. I realized my character and his were supposed to be friends so I invited him back to my apartment. I wasn't sure if I was supposed to know he was going to be bad or not, so I acted as if I didn't know. Once we were at my apartment, we started talking about how his family was doing. He also admitted to me that he was a ghost, which I said I was fine with. Sadly the dream ended shortly after that.
