giving birth & high school people

I'd been walking with some guy from high school and gradually realising he liked me. We were sitting close together waiting for some other people and he started caressing my leg. Then it switched and I was walking with my ex's sister plus some different hs people and wondering where the guy was. We came to a tollbooth for something and it was $36 that I wasn't sure I could afford. I tried to get a discount by showing my health care card but they said it was issued in another state. Then I was with another bunch of hs people and I knew I had to get to hospital soon because I was heavily pregnant. I found some doors but while I was standing there my baby plopped out, or so I thought. It was the placenta, which meant something was wrong. Also, I was covered in blood. One of the hs girls came with me into hospital and I said I needed to get rid of medical waste (the placenta) and have a shower.
