supernatural.... again

It was mainly a bunch of dreams in one. but the supernatural it started with this blonde and she was in this house. At first the house was fine but then it started to get destroyed. she was explaining to them that 'this' always happens and that the house would be fine a moment later (which it was). She begs them to help her n stuff and then Dean touches her head and tells her to calm down and concentrate. Then it turned into her using her spider senses to find a giant spider.
