I was at a hospital to donate organs. They methodically removed the parts of my arm, slicing it open from the crook of my elbow to my wrist and then across my wrist to form a T shape. I guess whatever they pulled out would grow back. But the doctor forgot to sew my wrist back up before everyone went home for the day, and I had to chase after someone to get them to sew up the flap. Then I went to sit near the door and a young female doctor started sawing through my heart. She sat next to me with a rolling case full of other hearts. She removed the top chambers and replaced them with a giant pacemaker. I asked her if I would live a shorter life because of this and she said no, not too much shorter. But for the rest of my life I had to carry around a huge control pad for the pacemaker. I was also afraid it could malfunction or be hacked. I said I wasn’t aware of this and could she please put my heart back? She did, and my real heart was back in place.
