Smoking in class

Chinelle passed me a cigarette and a lighter during class. I lit it and took a puff. I had to keep the smoke in my lungs because I couldn't breathe it out without it being obvious. I went outside to tell people about what just happened but no one was listening to me. I am trying to shield myself and others against my emotions. I have trouble letting others in.
