Baby

I had a dream that I was living with my parents (in a house that is unfamiliar to me) and that I had a baby. My room was upstairs and my baby was downstairs alone, sleeping in a normal bed instead of a crib. I wanted to sleep in the same room as my baby but my parents didn't let me, they got mad when I would take care of him. When I checked on him in the middle of the night, he was face down and had poop running up his back, I freaked out, picked him up, cleaned him and held him. My parents got mad at me. Also, I was thinking in my dream if my boyfriend (dating him now) knew about the baby. Anyone have a clue what this could mean??
