Secret closet

My dad was sleeping over and I suggested he could keep some stuff in this little known closet in the basement. I opened the door and realized I had never looked in this closet myself. It had a urinal in it that had been used but not cleaned or flushed. And some rolls of toilet paper were hanging up but were all soggy from water. There was a utility sink. And the floor had some sitting water on it. I wondered if rain water was leaking into the closet. But at least the closet seemed equipped to handle the extra water, as it had a pit where the water accumulated. And just outside the closet, everything was dry.
