Sequoia Church Spirit

First thing I remember is going to the sequoia forest in NorCal to find an old church in the forest. I think I had read something about it containing some kind of energy, or some kind of ancient spirits. I went and there were a bunch of people with me. We found the church right away but I was the only one who went inside. I sat inside and kelly from the office was outside distracting me. I tried ignoring her. I was sitting in the church and asked a spirit to let me see it. Very soon I looked over and there was a distortion in the air, that when I looked at it I felt like I was tripping- things were wavy and moving, and in the center of the distortion was a perfect, clear unmoving figure of a human body. The effect that looking directly at the figure had was intense and physical, but I didn't have a bad feeling about it. I walked about in the church, and saw the thing again. It really amazed me. I called kelly over. I saw the spirit again and pointed it out to her, and she couldn't see it, but she still ran away scared. I looked back and saw the figure again and it caused me to wake up with the same intense feeling upon waking.
