I knew I was dreaming

I was having a dream I was with this boy. And It was like somewhere in my head I knew I was dreaming I just didn't tell myself i was dreaming. Once I finally realized and told myself I was dreaming I instantly start feeling vibrations threw my body and it felt as if I was falling. I kept breathing hard n trying screaming to wake up and it would continue. This happened for about 39 seconds.
