Highschool in a what...?!

I first awake, my friend with glasses and dirty blonde with a pixie cut smiles at me, lanterns scattering the room. I say, "Where am I?" she responds, "You're at school. you fell asleep next to the shop vendor. I had to stay here to make sure the ceiling didn't collapse on you. The Mining sector just began their production." I just sit up and take moment to think. Me legs extend, making me stand before I pick up books that are supposedly mine. We cross over tracks before descending down a flight of stairs and into a room with many kids and a teacher in dirty slacks. "SHH!" The teacher yells. "Class has commenced!"
