Hot dog toppings

There was some kind night time event outside the Pilot Light downtown. There were people all around and also hot dog vendors with a topping buffet. Josh Russell showed up with Shain (though I only directly saw him) and his own bare hot dog on a bun and small blue plate. He walked over to the buffet when it was unmanned and began taking toppings and adding them to his own hot dog. Then he approached me and told me he and Shain had been saving money this way: by bringing their own hot dogs to events with topping buffets and swiping free toppings.
