The cars were all going the wrong way

I dreamt I drove onto the freeway only to have a car come speeding straight toward me, followed by another and another... I started to panic, thinking I'd gotten on the exit ramp by mistake, but then I saw the freeway signs and they were all oriented in my direction - in other words, I was the only person driving the right way and everybody else was driving in the wrong direction. Ultimately, though, it didn't matter that I was in the right... a semi truck was bearing down on me and I had no choice but to go careening into a ditch.
