Reoccurring weird dream

I'm walking on train tracks when I find this little train cart. I knock on the side and a woman answers. She invites me in for tea. There are three children inside, all skinny and tied to metal poles. She tries to do it to me. I remember I have a dinner thing to go to. I come back the next day with cookies. The lady doesn't like them, the kids do. I look out the window to this lake and there are people swimming. She says that if a child wants to leave really badly they have to swim through the river to get anywhere. I tell her the kids at too young and won't make it and she has no reaction. I go home and ask my dad what I should do. He doesn't know. I find the place on Google maps and go back. I hang out with the two girls. The woman said the boy that was there swam "home". The girls tell me that the handcuffs have hidden keys in the train cart. I look for them and find them. I tell them I will be back tomorrow with a plan. I come back the next day and I punch the lady so she falls. I try to lock her in every room possible but the locks are on the inside. I eventually find a long shelf/cabinet and lock her in there. I call the police. They say they are on their way so I start unlocking the kids. It works! When the cops get there they like the lady. I think her name was Kate. Now all I remember is she didn't go to jail. The girls grew up and we were all best friends. I think the girls fell in love with each other??
