suffocating

i swallowed some expanding sealing foam and i could feel it expanding in my stomach. i had a hand full of it in my mouth and i was trying to pull it out but it kept getting bigger and bigger. it was in my teeth and when i would pull it would just stretch out for a long time. i was pulling so hard and trying to stay calm. i didnt want to make anyone take me to the emergency room. i didnt tell anyone. i could taste it and it was everywhere.
