Grocery ghost.

Someone said they had been seeing ghosts in their grocery store after hours, so a couple of my friends and I offered to stay after hours to check it out. It was completely dark and we walked around with flashlights, but would occasionally see a flash of red zoom bye or in a corner of your eye . We would turn as quickly as we could but there was nothing. We spilt up to investigate. We all walked down several isles. You could hear my friend scream from a row over “I see him!!!” I quickly turned around, and a single soup can falls to the group, then another and a bother and it gets closer and closer until all of a sudden there’s a person running at me. He didn’t care for the flash light too much and disappeared l. We had a theory that the entire place was haunted, so we started charging towards random items. We pointed our flashlight at it, and would run at them will all of our speed and then they would start to move and we got close... we would smash it. We did this over and over until there were no more signs of the ghost. But there was a grocery store full of smashed food now, oops.
