Medieval Shower and Institution

I started out showering, but my shower looked like an enormous, medieval chamber. It was circular and grey, with rectangular panels on the walls. It was really big with a lot of walking space while the shower head was on one side. I was debating what music to play while I showered. I was then in some kind of stone institution with everyone from my high school class. We were wearing hospital gowns and were being forced to climb down a lot of ladders, one after another on opposite walls. It was exhausting. When we reached the bottom, some nurses were there and my friend Aly was injecting people with shots. She said the shots had something to do with cats. I closed my eyes receiving the shot. We were then put into cells and treated like prisoners, and the ones running the institution seemed to be these pirate-like people. The only food they gave us with this chocolate ice cream mixed with “something special” (but they hinted that the special ingredient was something really gross). I was hungry, so I risked it, and thought it tasted fine. I was in a cell with my sister. The pirates warned us that if we could not handle the day’s activities, we would be killed, and if another prisoner tried to do anything reckless, they would be killed. The pirates explained how in the past, prisoners had dressed up as clowns to escape, but hurt their fellow prisoners in the process and have literally stabbed one another in the back. My sister was on the verge of tears so I tried my best to console her.
