ribs- felt so real (new user)

i dreamt that i had my whole ribcage but missed half of the left side of my lower bone 4-6 going up around 6 inches, with 3 inches missing. i remember touching the full bone underneath my skin, my skin intact and undamaged. the bone fell off as i pushed it and it falls somewhere within my body, i remember feeling a sore or bleeding feeling in that area, still proceeding to feel that area knowing the bone there was missing. Waking up in my room (not in the dream anymore) and feeling my rib cage, only to realize that i was fine.
