Murderer? this dream was F**ked up

I had a dream where within the dream I dreamed that I killed my grandparents. My mother. Father. Sister. Unknown how. Woke up from dream inside a dream. Still dreaming. Smothered grandparents with their pillows. Stabbed them multiple times. Laughed while doing so. Did it at night in dream. Cleaned knife. Stabbed my mother to death. Strangled my father after tying him down with sheets. Waited for sister to wake up. She saw grandparents and parents. Screamed. I laughed. I stabbed her, and watched her bleed out. I was covered in their blood. Laughing. Walked outside. Drank coffee covered in blood on the front lawn. Someone walking a golden retriever saw me and asked if I was okay. She had blonde hair and a ponytail with a pink bandana. I was still laughing. Police came. I told them everything while I was still laughing. Woke up after that.
