sleep paralysis

Stuck laying on my back in my grammas bed with objects flying and spinning around the room, deafening ringing in my ears. At one point I thought my gramma had heard me and I mumbles the words "sleep paralysis" to her, and she rubbed my feet and stomach, just to have her disappear and was right back where I started. Woke up shortly after that.
