Girl in abandoned house

So I was all alone and I was discovering around my “house”. Apparently I lived somewhere out in the woods in the middle of nowhere in the dream.. I was exploring the woods when I came across 4 abandoned houses. I thought it was cool and started exploring. I spent most of the dream exploring each house but I avoided one specifically it just looked creepy and the doors were barred shut. Every now and then I’d just look back at it, there was something about it. The dream goes a little further and I’m looking into the basement of this house. I look back at the house and I see a girl in the window. In my head my first thought was just “I knew something was up” I turn back looking into the basement. all of a sudden my brothers with me and he said “yo that girl wants to play catch” and I look over and she’s hanging out the window with a ball in her hands. She throws legit like a hundred yards to ryan and he catches it. She throws one to me and I catch it. Then I go back to looking in the basement. I look back one more time. And she’s standing a couple feet from us. She’s not that creepy up close she looks about my age. She’s actually kinda cute. She smiles at me I smile back then she walks away. I wasn’t scared but I knew it was a little weird
