post-dystopian lesbophobia

i dreamt i was a character in a book who lives in a post (?) dystopian mid-apocalyptic sort of setting. unsure what the main threat was, but it felt human. my character doesn't know her father and has a mom who never wanted to be a mother. years back, the air force was mostly women, but those forces on my side moved east where things were going better. my character couldn't leave her city, though, so she is forced to stay where the government reign is harsher. also she was born in 2013, and it's implied to be the 2030s. people are WILDLY homophobic nowadays and everyone dresses like greek gods. my character is out at a fancy restaurant with an older man (not her partner or dad, maybe a beard???) and she keeps gazing longingly at a turquoise-haired woman in the restaurant. the restaurant is eerily quiet, like that's the social norm. an old man yelled some homophobic thing lol
