CJ Died, Political Rant

1: My friend CJ was burned in a house fire in this dream. Later a child sibling of his told me he'd died at home suddenly and discussed the death in detail. CJ's mom was white in this dream, and for some reason didn't care that he died. She listed all these crimes he'd committed and handed me a book also listing them that she had put together for some reason. I couldn't imagine him committing these crimes and even if he had, couldn't understand why she would be apathetic towards his death. I started to suspect she was racist towards her own son. I was crying in the dream and grieving for my friend myself, even though I hadn't seen him in a long time. 2: Some rich friends from Seattle were telling me they thought I was "stuck" and insinuating I was unsuccessful for moving back to my small hometown after grad school. I went off on a rant about the mass exodus of talent and education to a handful of major cities, and how I believed it may have contributed to Trump getting elected.
