Mad Scientist Destroying A City

I was walking around in a ruined city, many buildings collapsed or completely wiped out because of giant monsters that a mad scientist made. I saw this mad scientist looking dude standing in the street laughing for some reason. I went up to him and asked why he was doing this and he said, "Because I can". I then walked up to one of the nearby monsters that was smashing a building and said Hi to it. It then ate me.
