The Bake Off

I had to make baked goods for a class I was in. I really wanted to make cupcakes, since I used to work in a cupcake shop. Somehow I forgot to add vanilla into the batter. I tried cooking the cupcakes in a convection oven because all the other ovens were taken, but the cupcakes weren't rising properly. I decided to make some double chocolate chip cookies in the mean time. Somehow those were turning out really well, so I went to make those instead.
