Paralysis Dream

Dear Dream Journal Last night experience very bad Paralysis nightmare. I don't remember what happened in my nightmare all I know the nightmare was very scary enough to Paralyzed my tire body. I will try to remember that nightmare as much I can . I thank is when I tried practicing opening my third eye I dream about open my third eye and saw dark figures in my bedroom and at the window outside looking in at me and I heard the door slammed by it self so I got up to see who or what slammed the bathroom door. I am just guessing what happened in my paralysis nightmare I don't know what happened next sorry I was pretty terrifying maybe that why I don't remember
