I went to visit a friend for a few days, they lived at an hotel that is owned by their family. The hotel was not in the best of shape, but it did have a very homey feel. The entrance splits after a few yards. One path goes to the karaoke rooms and the other to the bar and rooms. The person that kept the bar was a kind man who seems to have worked there his whole life and appeared to be in his late 40s or early 50s. I met up with my friend sometime after checking in. They showed me around and introduced me to their best friend, who also lived there. This was my first time meeting them, as they were internet friends. A day or two passed and we decided to do karaoke with some other friends. The room was teased to have mirrored walls and floors, but they were all covered by red, almost muscle colored, sheets. And the rooms where broken up into two parts. One area had a table with food and drinks and the other held chairs two tvs and several videogame systems. One of the systems was turned on and had an old arcade beat-em up running on it. We played it, drank, and after a bit more people showed up. I think there were at least 10 of us at one point. I found myself by at the hotel the day after with little to no memory of the night before. I entered my friends room and found her asleep. I quickly left as to not bother her. While leaving the room I found a letter from her mother. The letter stated that her mother has sold the hotel and that she and her friends might not be able to live there anymore. I put the letter back and left from the room to the bar. At the bar I asked the server how the bad the room was and they said it was in good shape. That's when my friends mother showed up. I introduced myself and we talked about the unexpectedly wild night. She said it was good that her daughter had fun and showed me a high score plaque with my name and picture at the top, It seems i did pretty well in the game last night. After that she stated how important i was to her daughter. This cought me off guard and i told that i knew about the letter. I woke up
