Odd doctor

I remember entering a building that looked like a hospital. Behind me was a zombie and I began bashing it with some weapon but I couldn't kill it. I see people walking from this circular office with casts on some of their limbs. I make it into the office and there was a doctor with an assistant. The doctor began explaining to me that if you put a cage on the beak of a bird that it is no longer a bird, and that in the same way if a human is altered than it becomes immortal. He wanted to perform a procedure on my face that would alter my smile. Behind me I see friends from school lined up. This place was the home of a cult. I was surprised to see them as members of the cult. I remember browsing their website and seeing drawings of animals.
