Being terrorized in Japan

I was in Japan, in a hotel or something. Idk who was with me. Maybe my stepmom and my dad? But it doesn't feel like it. It was night and there was banging on the window and these people were outside with weapons. I tried calling 911 but obviously the number was different in a different country. I called the right one that was for "urgent help" and it said I couldn't call because I didn't speak Japanese
