Encounter with assasins

Somehow I and a few friends including our kids developed acquaintance with some politicians. These 2 guys had two tough looking bodyguards with them. We were in a room chatting. Then the bodyguards told us the politicians were targets of assassins. I got scared. After a while they sensed trouble and huddled around themselves and kept watching the door. Soon after the assassins came and fired shots. A fight ensued but it was going badly for the bodyguards. We were watching all this sitting on the bed, comfortable in the knowledge that once the assasination is done, the killers will go. But I soon realised that is not likely and witnesses are not spared. So I jumped from the window and like in a movie attempted my escape
