Losing Grip Of The Vine

I had a dream that I lived in an apartment complex and Mark Sloan (From Greys Anatomy) was on the same floor as me. Somewhere along the dream I saw from the point of view of a woman and she was climbing this over 200 foot tree in this viny jungle and there was this dense fog about 50 feet below and she lost traction and fell straight into the mist and you didnt hear a splash nor a loud thump so it was even further of a drop then I originally thought. I remember having this horrible scary feeling. As if it felt like that was me and I was losing grip on my life or something. Maybe its a sign I need help in my waking life. Because the feeling I got from this dream was scarily familiar but not in a deja vu way its more like the dream is telling me whats eventually going to happen to me. I don’t know.
