Hospital in commute

I was working in a hospitals babysitting place( for kids who's parents are in surgery ) with my friend and the world is in the app game commute so cars were going everywhere and we find a special "thing" (no idea what it was) and for some reason we had to hide it and get across the city to put it back. The commute part probably came from the fact I downloaded it that day but the rest I have no idea.
