Soldier

I was a soldier on duty, and I had a sniper after me. my squadron did everything they could to protect me when I got shot in the stomach, but they ended up being killed in the line of duty. I was near a hideout, that I had friends in so I ran, fast. when I got there, they treated me, but we were soon flooded out with gun fire and had to retreat to higher ground. That was when I got the message, they had my daughter and my husband. They were going to kill my family so I ran and sacrificed myself, just so they would let my family go. The soldiers at the hideout ran in and saved my family while I lay on the ground. I saw a life flash, I saw a daughter, and a home, I saw my parents crying, and I saw myself on my graduation day, and the day I became a soldier, then everything went dark. My dream ended with a tag being attached to my body bag that said, Katy Goldberg...soldier. age 26, shot and killed August 1, 2027.
