Isekai world in game

It seemed to be a situation similar to sword art online, where someone would put on a VR headset and get their mind transported into a game world. The world was a bright and colorful beach, like something out of a high quality cgi game. I don’t remember much about the first part of the dream, but I know that there was one big difference from SAO: players had to die in order to leave the game. This did not kill their real bodies. Some details from within the game I remember are that I was friends with Amy Rose, who was also a player in the game. As a matter of fact, it seemed that most of who I met were players. I wanted to die to leave the game, and when I felt too nervous to jump off a tree growing horizontally off a cliff, another player pushed me off. There was a scene of me walking around in the hospital in the real world and talking to a doctor. The doctor told me that a certain person, I think a rich person’s kid, had gone into the game and that kid had to be brought back out immediately. Amy Rose somehow called my cell phone from within the game, telling me that I shouldn’t go back and I shouldn’t try to get that person out of the game world. She was vague when I asked why I shouldn’t do it. I went back into the game anyway and assassinated the rich kid. This time, I had been put into a different body than before, so I was unrecognizable. After becoming friends with her again, she realized who I was and yelled at me over the phone, which apparently I now had in the dream. She went shopping with Cream the rabbit to buy stuff to kill me. Eventually I died again and went back to the real world. I think Amy also died. I don’t remember much after that.
