Confusion

I laid down on my couch and drifted off for the evening. Suddenly, it was bright. I sit up and almost every light in my bottom level of my home was on. Which is weird bc i live by myself. I start turning the lights off. I go to switch the bathroom light off and in the mirror is a reflection but it isnt me. I quickly the light off freaked out still wondering how did these lights turn on. I lay back down and start feeling like im falling. I woke up for real still thinking some light may be on. instead Im in a pitch black room and the window is cracked. I wasnt expecting it to be almost ten degrees Fahrenheit outside. I would have closed it and turned on a little heat but i was still freaked out, plus my thermostat is across from my bathroom. I sure wasnt going near it right then.
