Thing tied to a corner?

There was this white room and this man sitting Indian style in the middle. He was all white with no face and black clothes. Then on the side there was this girl, completely white aswell with no face, black hair and black clothes tied to the corner just calmly trying to walk, she wouldnt go any farther though and at the end, the guy in the middle said, she's happy now, she's gone and he ate her
