Returning to Color Guard?

So I was captain of the marching band color guard in high school. I'm a senior in college now a I had a dream that I was going to rejoin my old color guard from high school as an extracurricular activity. I was in the tryouts and picking up the dance routine really well. The improved in dance since I began. My instructors and guard techs were so happy to see me. Also my old boyfriend from high school was excited too! (He was in color guard too) anyway I had to leave tryouts early for idk what reason but my old be said he would tel me about any changes in the routine. So anyway we were on video chat and he showed me the rest of the routine. It looked fun and more complicated that what we did when I was in high school. We ended the conversion and then I was wondering if I should continue tryouts? I'm almost 22 so I can't go back to high school and I haven't spun a flag or rifle in years!!! Next thing I know I just wake up.
