Backpacking and detached head

So I don’t remember exactly the whole dream. However, I remembered myself with a few ladies cleaning up the floor, and they were like people that I met while backpacking. We were saying goodbye to each other while walking together forward and it seems like we were on friendly terms but at the same time I don’t really know them. Then suddenly, there was this random dude that was walking beside us and his head was apparently reattached to his body. He seemed perfectly fine and I asked him how the hell is it possible to connect his detached head back to his body. He told me that there were just a few cables and some “drivers” that connect back to his body. But he’s a human, not a robot. It’s weird.
