Coming Out (as atheist)

My Meme and Papa were angry, especially at me dad. He did something they didn't like, so my parents and my grandparents were arguing in the kitchen. At one point in time my grandmother accused them of not being good or true Catholics. I spoke up from the living room, saying that we definitely were not, or at least I wasn't. My mother was upset that I told them just because she knew it would only add fuel to thier fire. I felt both guilty and glad that I had finally told them.
