working and youtube

At work it is very crowded in the house (I work in a group home irl) and we are very over staffed. There is a new guy who must have been only like 15 but somehow worked there. He reminded me of Donevan for some reason even though he looked nothing like him. I think it's just because that's the age he was when I met him. Anyway we were all in the living room and suddenly Vanessa and this new guy start saying how they don't like when E goes off to do documentation while someone else is already doing documentation, because she could instead go spend time with one of the people we support. The new guy is all like "She could be talking with J(a woman we support) and doing an activity with her but noo she has to go sit and be on the computer. I feel like some people do this just to pass the time." In the dream this made total sense but irl this is not an issue at all and probably never could be because we always have way too much documentation, if someone helps it is always appreciated. Now somehow instead of working there, I am Angela from Bones. And the kid who is 15 is somehow one of my only friends. He is worried about my health and he sets me up with an app that tracks my health and stuff. He reminds me to always check it. I am sitting at Angela's desk and I look like her too (keep in mind Angela's actress from Bones looks a lot like my sister irl lol). In this world, youtube had a renovation in that people had the option to not only have a channel but also a written blog too like tumblr where they can post videos and then their opinions on them. The page would be completely white, and then little thumbnails were displayed evenly in rows and columns, but if you hovered there would be the title of the review and a short description. I think I might have been somewhat famous in this dream because in my page I had reviewed a bunch of self help type of videos or educational videos, and I had like millions of followers. So basically it was like tumblr and youtube combined.
