Driving gives me anxiety

In this dream it was my dad and me living with my two cousins Andie and Max for some reason. Our house was a weird mixture of my house and my cousins' house. He had sent us out to pick up something for him with very vague instructions on how to get there and after I realized we were a bit late to leave we hurried to get out the door and into the car. Everything seemed to take too long as I was worried about not getting there in time and Andie struggled to get the door to lock from the outside. After we made it to my car and started to drive thick dark smoke poured from either side of the hood. The stench filled the car and it was all I could smell. If I didn't press hard on the gas I was able to see to continue to drive, because I decided that was a good idea. My cousin Max who was sitting in the passenger seat said my dad had talked to him before about me mentioning the car smoking and he didn't believe me in regards to that, so I asked Max to take a video for me. I then asked him to use my phone for Google maps to try and put in the directions he gave us because I had no idea where I was really going. I remember him naming a freeway and then saying "building 70". Max looked it up and then held up the phone to show me a picture which I told him I couldn't look at as I tried to take a quick glance from the road, it was a zoomed in picture of Kaoru from the anime Ouran High School Host Club. "It's Ouran?!" I remember shouting in surprise and he said yes but we later confirmed it was a police station or something. Once we got close to being there we went down a very thin alleyway and the exit was blocked by a large brown pickup truck with three girls inside and one guy outside. I expressed that I had no idea what to do now and Max somehow reached through the windshield of my car to tap on their window and motion for them to move. (Somehow in the dream this happening made sense.) so they moved for us and I almost drove off the side while trying to get around other cars which apparently was a cliff side so we got out of the car and asked the people if they knew where building 70 was. They pointed us to the building to the left of the alleyway we were just driving down and said that was it. We thanked them and ran inside and told them we were here to pick up something for my dad but he didn't tell us what it was. He asked if he was a firefighter for a while a long time ago and I had vague memories of this in the dream so I said "I think so" but in reality he definitely was not. After seemingly messing with us for a while the guy finally gave us what dad sent us here to pick up which was a golden dog leash with a plaque on it with engravings of something about being best friends with your dog. It was really cute but my dad is not an animal person and I don't own a dog- but both of my cousins do. Max took the leash from me after I read the engraving and both Andie and Max said "awww" at the same time. Andie quickly said "I'd love to put that on Millie!" Which is Andie's dog and Max quickly said that it was for Evelyn- which is Max's dog. A memory surfaced in the dream of the two dogs having taken a class before but only Evelyn graduating so I said the leash was probably a gift for the dog who graduated since there was only one leash. Irl that memory was not real. That's all I remember.
