Sexual assault from a stranger

Was sexually assaulted in a car. He was waiting for me somewhere out in public and had asked me to get in and once i was in he asked whether I wanted sex. I said no and he got a big knife out so I ended up being raped in the car. I bled a lot. It was fucking horrible and I’ve woken up feeling really shaken
