A town called Salem shootout

I am in a town that looks like Salem. It almost has a sepia tint to the air and the places are abandoned. There was an overarching feeling that a powerful witch was responsible for this town. I was with another person trying to either defeat the witch, or leave town. We were tasked with finding areas of importance that had a strong feeling towards them. We split up but could still communicate. He said he was close to an energy location and I could feel him activate it and absorb the power between us. I then entered a wooden cabin. There were log furniture dotted around and potions on shelves in cabinets. It was dusty and dried herbs hung in the window, stale bread chunks were on the table. Pumpkins were growing into the cabin, close to the fireplace. These pumpkins were about 3ft tall and impressive to be growing here, and that's where I felt the energy. I got closer and almost touched the pumpkin, I could feel the energy be absorbed and it seems as though we were draining pockets of the witch's power as she seemed upset by this. We were strong enough to leave and felt determined. We then jumped to a concrete apartment block. It was dingy and reflected more like a multistory carpark as it was cold and there were large open spaces on each level. I start heading down to the bottom floor. The guy followed me but didn't say much. We passed a few people here and there who kept their heads down or wandered to their doors. On one floor was a shop in the middle of this wide space. The owner was older and her table was concrete. There were no walls to the shop and it was stocked like a dingy corner shop. A kid who couldn't be more than 10 had alcohol in his hands. I told him he isn't 18 and can't buy that. He scowled at me and put it back. Then I saw him with 3 small bottles of something and two boxes of what looked looked like snacks. I followed him to the register as I noticed he picked up alcohol again. I told him that it's illegal and he just huffed at me saying it's under 100cl. I stopped for a second, I guess that it was legal in my dream to serve to a minor as long as it's below a certain amount. I checked and his 3 bottles totalled 75cl. Little sh*t. He smirked as his full arms emptied out the things he wanted onto the lady's counter. I tell her not to sell to this kid, that she has the right to refuse to anyone and this is wrong, it's not like he's 16 and so close to the legal age, he's a little kid. She shrugs this off. I'm frustrated as I'm not responsible for him so I had no argument here. She then takes the boxes and I notice that they're not for snacks, but for cans of alcohol. I stutter for her to stop and that the boxes go past the legal limit. This is illegal you have to refuse service. She looks at me with dead eyes and I know she can't be bothered to do anything but serve this boy. Maybe she's lost her guilty conscience well before this. I pick up the phone and announce that I'm calling the police. A few minutes later a shootout occurs on our floor that seems completely unrelated. I duck and try to avoid everyone but for some reason I'm not surprised. While I wait huddled behind a concrete pillar I thought to myself; at least the police will be here soon.
