Extra set of teeth

I was checking my mouth in the mirror and noticed that some extra teeth were showing up. Upon further inspection, some of those extra teeth turned out not to be teeth at all but baby fingers. It looked like baby fingers and some other stuff were stuck in my gums too like different kinds of makeup stuff (like mascara, lipstick, etc). I tried to remove those that will rot inside because of the material (like of the bottle is made from aluminum or smething that will rust). So weird! Later I realized that I have a whole set of another teeth popping up and I was worried it'll make my teeth look gross.
