sleep paralysis

i was sleeping in my bed at the house of 66 bent tree rd the room was dark it was night time in my dream i was asleep in my bed and i tried to wake up but something was on top of me holding me down chocking me i couldnt move ...as i can see it was a black and white shawdow person no face nothing and after i finally woke up the blankets were heavy and it was on my troat and my arms were layaing flat in the bed...same position in my dream and i fidnt want to go back to sleep but i was so tired ..but it didnt happen again when i went back to sleep
