Drowning at work

I work at an elementary school and we were playing 3 legged races where two students tie each other's laces together and walks with 3 legs. Well the dream on this was going great but all of a sudden water started filling the entire school which turned into an empty pond, now as the pond fills the kids laces are snagged by a lake monster and they can't escape. As also being a 18 yo high school student I pull out my pocket knife and the kids are in relief. Turns out my illegal pocket knife saved 85ish kids from drowning. Also anyone who Reads this- could this be a sign of wanting something? Or the desire/need to feel Like a protective person?
