weird society and house flipper

I was watching these 2 people, a girl and a guy, rather young, around 20s-30s, working in a strange society where they don’t really get paid but instead get provided food and housing through their work. they were federal/government workers who worked as guards or something. they were doing their job but then a villain dude who had their job as well felt like they were catching on to his secrets and his fraud or embezzling or something, so he got them out of the office area and into the city with a delivery truck and fake orders. then he made them climb a metal shelf with drawers or plumbing guts of some kind inside the metal shelf? and the girl specifically was getting burnt by specific pipes that he would purposely heat up from a distance. the guy and her both ended up burnt and hurt and tangled in plumbing pipes and the girl at the end was like “we are both idiots man” there was a tiny house that looked like a dormitory that was associated with those workers that had light light blue walls and metal bed frame and furniture that looked very simple. i was trying so hard to decide where to put a wall decoration or painting and no matter what i couldn’t get it aligned the way i wanted it.
