A major client who manufactures biscuits, Rungta is also an iron ore miner. They were interested to know the feedback of customers for the biscuit part and wanted to run a survey. My mother and Dida, her Mother, were assigned the tasks. With lot of fanfare they did the survey and came to present the results to customer. Nandu babu, the patriarch of Ryngta was v eager to see the results. But my mother got the survey for the iron ore part as well, so they had to do a lot of calculation at the spot to arrive at the biscuit survey result. Nandu babu was patiently waiting.. it meant a lot to him
