The Only Human in a Magician's World

I was in a city and I attended a very prestigious magic school. The only problem was, I didn't have any magical powers. The magician government found out and decided to hunt me down. The ruler of the magician world (a man that resembled Anderson Cooper for some reason) seduced me in order to make me trust him and then he tried to capture me but I escaped just in time when I realized his plot. It was rainy and dark outside, but I still managed to get away. The seduction occurred on my porch, but as soon as it was over, many magicians showed up to capture me and laugh at my powerlessness. After escaping, I ended up at a college for magicians that I remembered applying for earlier (in my fake dream memories) but I didn't get in because I didn't have any magical powers, but my older sister (I don't have an older sister in real life) got in somehow because she was a very powerful magician. (I forgot to mention that I was male in my dream but I'm female in real life). Eventually the magician government found me and set the college on fire. I escaped the flames just in time, but before anything more could happen, I woke up.
