lucid nightmare

so in this lucid dream I was having I had 98% control but there was this one humanoid chasing me around and I paid no mind to it before I realize that it was trying to kill me and I noticed this when I turn around for a split second and hes right in my face holding a bloody knife so I start running and then he is always behind me every time I turn around, i finally lost him but I still got stabbed but then I woke up to my girlfriend waking me up in the morning.
