post office incident

WARNING: this is rly gross --------------------------------------------- There was this lady (not me, I was watching her) in a gross-looking post office in a state starting with an A (Alabama? Arizona? Arkansas?). She accidentally cut her tongue while licking an envelope to seal it. Days later her tongue is extremely swollen and painful and she doesn't know why. She goes to the doctor and the doctor thinks that it is infected. The doctor cuts open the tongue and a LIVE FUCKING COCKROACH CRAWLS OUT OF HER TONGUE!!!! It turns out that there were roach eggs on the envelope she licked because the post office was disgusting. I woke up crying (I was 3 or 4 when I had this dream. I am taking this from my old dream journal, but I remember that dream to this day).
